Lithuania has chosen the Scandinavian level as the main cable fire class - Dca s2 d2 a2 (public buildings, apartment buildings, etc.). However, in important fire situations, such as evacuation routes - corridors, staircases, vestibules, etc., the class is slightly higher - Cca s1 d1 a1. As an exception, Eca class cables will be able to be installed in the installation systems of one or two apartment buildings and in production and industrial premises. All changes have been made with the aim of further protecting people in case of fire.
